Claiming is easy
For hospital claims
If you visit a Members First or Participating hospital, they’ll send your claim to us directly on your behalf. Likewise, if your doctor uses Ezyclaim, they’ll bill us directly. If there’s no gap for you to pay, you won’t even see a bill!
If you visit a non-Participating hospital, or your doctor doesn’t use Ezyclaim, you may be billed directly and will need to fill out an overseas visitors claim form and send it in to us.

For outpatient and GP medical claims
Simply complete a overseas visitors claim form and send it in to us.
For extras claims
Electronic claiming is the fastest way to get your benefit. This service is offered by thousands of dentists, physiotherapists, optical outlets and more. Just swipe your membership card to claim your benefit on-the-spot and you’ll only pay the balance of your bill.
We also offer claiming online, over the phone, via fax, email and the post. So there’s sure to be a way that’s quick and convenient for you.
