Your Choice Extras gives you the freedom to choose whichever four services you want from our comprehensive list. For example, if you're a sportsperson, then physiotherapy, chiropractic, optical and natural therapies may be the right extras for you. And as your life and needs change, you have the flexibility to change your selected services every 12 months.
