Cover Type

Single	Covers one adult and; dependent children under 21 years of age or dependant children under 25 years of age listed as current members on the adults’ Mutual Community health membership. All travellers on the Singles plan must be travelling on the same itinerary.

Double	Covers any two adults and; dependent children under 21 years of age or dependant children under 25 years of age listed as current members on the adults’ Mutual Community health membership. All travellers on the Doubles plan must be travelling on the same itinerary.
